Ninkaplast is once again bringing substance to the concept of ‘intelligent simplicity in the kitchen’. For Sicam 2026, the specialist in plastic moulding and surface finishing is expanding its range to include the ‘Konda’ Pull-out Shelf. This solution makes it possible to store heavy kitchen appliances, ready for use, in wall units, amongst other places – regardless of their dimensions or design. The pull-out shelf is the second product in the ‘Konda’ family. Back in 2025, Ninka has already launched the ‘Konda’ scoop, which has been awarded the ‘iF Design Award’.
Hot-air fryers, smoothie makers, coffee machines or all-rounders that cook and bake – large worktop appliances are a staple of modern kitchen life. These smart gadgets are changing the cooking habits of many users, meaning that the traditional hob has long since ceased to be the centrepiece. That’s why there’s a demand for intelligent storage solutions that elegantly conceal kitchen appliances and bring them to hand in an instant when needed. The ‘Konda’ shelf makes this storage space flexible to use.
A flexible solution for all top-mounted cabinets
This easy-to-clean innovation for work-top mounted cabinets requires neither an additional drawer nor any screws in the worktop. The ‘Konda’ shelf fits any design dimension and any opening variant without the need for additional components or runners. With the 390 x 480 mm shelf, which is 60 mm high, heavy appliances can be moved effortlessly and gently across the worktop. When in use, they stand firmly in place; after use, they disappear behind louvred, hinged or folding-sliding doors thanks to one-handed operation.
With the versatile ‘Konda’ pull-out shelf, Ninka is adhering to the principle of reducing complexity – both in terms of product variety and stock management, as well as in kitchen planning and installation.
